By joining Fun Slides Rewards, you agree to receive rewards, offers, and promotional updates from Fun Slides Carpet Skatepark and Party Center.

Rewards, discounts, credits, and special offers may vary and are subject to change at any time. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

Fun Slides Rewards may be used only by the account holder and may be limited to eligible purchases, visits, promotions, or activities. Some exclusions may apply, including birthday party deposits, private events, group bookings, taxes, fees, gift cards, or other items as determined by Fun Slides.
