How a Fun Slides Birthday Party Works
The birthday family arrives 10-15 minutes early to meet the party host and get ready for guests. Your host handles check-in and gets kids into skates.
Step 1 — Arrive & Check In
Guests head into the park for carpet skating and full access to all Xtra Activities — dodgeball, ninja course, carpet hockey, Nerf War Zone, bounce houses, and more.
Step 2 — Skating & Activities
About halfway through, everyone gathers in the private party room for pizza, drinks, and birthday cake. Your host handles the food, the cake, and the candles.
Step 3 — Party Room
After the celebration, kids head back to the park for one more round before the party wraps up.

What Makes Our Parties Different
Most birthday venues give you a room and a table. Fun Slides gives you a party host, an active agenda, and a fully staffed event. Your host sets up before guests arrive, keeps the party on schedule, serves food, helps with cake, and cleans up when it’s done. Parents don’t coordinate anything — they sit down and enjoy it.
Birthday Party Questions
How far in advance should I book?
Weekend party dates fill quickly, especially during school breaks and colder months. Booking several weeks in advance is the best way to secure your preferred date and time.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. Fun Slides provides plates, forks, and napkins.
Can I bring decorations?
Personal decorations, plates, and cups are welcome. Silly string, confetti, pinatas, and wall or ceiling decorations are not permitted.
How many guests are included in each package?
The Deluxe Party includes 10 guests. The Ultimate Glow-Up Party includes 12 guests. The Big Private Party includes up to 30 guests. Additional guests can be added for an additional charge to any package up to room or facility capacity.
Can I add more guests?
Yes. Additional guests can be added for an additional charge at booking. Your party planner can help with the count before your event.
Do parents need to stay during the party?
Parents and siblings are welcome to participate in activities as long as they complete a waiver. Parents who want to skate need a paid admission pass. Spectating parents get in free — waiver required.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. With at least 14 days notice, your deposit can be applied to any available date within 2 months or credited toward public skate sessions. For public skate session parties, less than 14 days notice results in a change fee, and 7 days or less forfeits the full deposit unless the spot can be rebooked. For private parties and groups, less than 14 days notice forfeits the full deposit unless the spot can be rebooked.
