What is Carpet Skating?
Guests wear special plastic skates that strap over their shoes and glide across carpet-covered ramps, rails, and half-pipes. No skating experience is required. Most first-time guests are comfortable within a few minutes. All first-time skaters are assigned an instructor until they are ready to skate independently.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The deposit is non-refundable.
With at least 14 days notice: the deposit may be applied to any available date within 2 months, or credited toward public skate sessions.
For public skate session parties with less than 14 days notice: a change fee applies.
With 7 days or less notice: the full deposit is forfeited unless the spot can be rebooked.
For private parties and groups with less than 14 days notice: the full deposit is forfeited unless the spot can be rebooked.
