PITTSBURGH ARCADE

Looking for a Family Arcade in Pittsburgh?

Carpet skating is just the beginning — here’s what’s in store for you at the arcade.

Here’s What’s Inside Fun Slides

Search “arcade Pittsburgh” and most of what comes back is built for adults, bars with pinball machines, gaming lounges with a full drink menu, spots that are more date night than birthday party. Good options if that’s what you want. Not so useful if you’re trying to find somewhere your 6-year-old can win a few tickets and trade them in for a prize.

Fun Slides Carpet Skatepark and Party Center, in the North Hills on Perry Highway, has a 24-game redemption arcade built into a 35,000-square-foot indoor blacklight park. It’s not a standalone arcade. It’s one part of a bigger visit, and that’s exactly what makes it work for families.

A Redemption Arcade Built for Kids

Every game in our arcade pays out tickets, not just points. Kids play, rack up tickets, and trade them in at the prize counter on their way out. There’s no alcohol, no 21-and-up sections, and no games that feel out of place with a 5-year-old standing next to you.
  • Video redemption games like Temple Run and Doodle Jump, based on the mobile games kids already know
  • Sports and skill games, including basketball, air hockey, and a batting game where you pick your pitcher and swing for the fences
  • Claw machines loaded with plush prizes
  • Classic ticket games like a spinning light ring and a ticket-sweeping tower that rewards good timing

How the Arcade Fits Into Your Visit

The arcade is part of every general admission visit, alongside carpet skating and all of our Xtra Activities. Most families rotate through a few activities before landing at the arcade for the last stretch of their visit, so it works well as a way to wind down before heading home.

New to Fun Slides? Skate and helmet rentals are included with every admission pass, and there’s a snack bar on-site if you want to make a full afternoon of it.
