As a newer kind of family entertainment center, we hear a lot of great feedback — and the comments we get most are about our team. The young adults who work here genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how they treat guests. Whether they’re taking the stress off a party parent with 24 little guests, coaching a nervous first-timer through their first ramp, or making a birthday kid feel like the star of the day, our staff is the best part of Fun Slides.

Who We’re Looking For
The best fit for Fun Slides is someone who’s outgoing, loves working with kids, and brings a playful, dependable attitude to every shift. Skating, skateboarding, or snowboarding experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person. Most of our team comes to us through referrals from staff who already love working here.

Positions & Training
Everyone is hired into a specific role — Cashier, Party Host, or Skate Instructor — and trains to become certified in it. Some team members cross-train across all three and earn multiple certifications. New hires shadow our training staff and show they can handle the role — waiting on guests, running a great party, or teaching skating fundamentals — before they’re certified.
What to Expect When You Apply
Before interviews, applicants review and agree to our “Is This the Right Job for You?” standards, which cover honesty, appearance, a playful attitude, and a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Top candidates interview with our managers and owners, and offers are made pending a background check. New team members also complete orientation on guest service and work ethic, and attend regular staff meetings.
